Job summary

Nexio seeks a Governance Specialist to oversee the ongoing delivery, maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and related governance frameworks. You will partner with leaders to embed governance principles, manage risk, and enhance compliance maturity across the organisation.

The role focuses on cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven governance reporting, and driving continual improvement through governance automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in a business/ governance discipline.
• 5+ years in governance, risk, quality assurance, IMS or risk management.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems.
• Experience managing internal and external audits.
• Experience developing governance reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support alignment of governance frameworks with Nexio's strategic objectives.
• Maintain the organisational context, governance objectives and risk environment.
• Provide governance reporting and insights to leadership.
• Monitor governance performance and compliance trends.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Design, implement and maintain governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, customer requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct governance assessments and compliance reviews.
• Track governance and compliance KPIs.
• Maintain and improve Nexio's IMS.
