Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town seeks a Specialist I, Governance, Risk and Compliance to strengthen security governance for client programs. You will ensure adherence to security standards, support audits, and drive proactive risk mitigation to protect the business from data incidents and fraud.

You will partner with delivery and business teams to build a strong compliance culture, communicate findings, and assist with investigations, training, and ongoing program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in security governance, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related security function.
• Knowledge of security standards, audit processes, and data protection practices.
• Ability to conduct assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, including remediation tracking and follow-through.
• Understanding of fraud detection, incident validation, and risk mitigation practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, outliers, and areas of exposure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across operational, delivery, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide client security and audit compliance support for the Capetown footprint.
• Conduct regular security assessments and inspections, and manage client site audits.
• Guide and support remediation efforts to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Manage client escalations, proactive audits for risk monitoring, and new hire orientation.
• Drive implementation of security requirements and guidelines.
• Identify outliers in performance metrics to detect fraud and remediation needs.
• Collaborate with delivery and business teams to support program success and growth.
• Support employee awareness initiatives related to security governance and compliance.
