Qualifications

• Matric and a relevant technical or sales qualification are required.
• Experience in sales, business development or account management is essential.
• Knowledge of golf cart, battery or automotive industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow market share within the golf cart industry.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding the existing customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to the Business Manager.
• Promote the company's full range of batteries, tyres, and related products and services.
• Plan and host product demonstrations, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Introduce innovative marketing initiatives that support business growth.
• Assist customers with credit applications and provide ongoing account support.
• Work with the finance team to ensure debtor accounts are maintained within agreed payment terms.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are maintained in accordance with company policies.
