Job summary

BGA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative for a leading wholesale golf supplier in South Africa. You will manage and grow customer accounts, drive revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, and handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Proven ability to build lasting relationships with wholesale accounts, collaborate with logistics, and use CRM data daily.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Strong client relations, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage the entire sales process independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and account growth through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Qualify opportunities and book appointments for sales leadership.
• Use CRM data daily to engage calls and emails aimed at closing new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear stages, next steps, and accurate close dates.
• Oversee proposals and order processing while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
• Build lasting relationships with existing wholesale accounts to increase lifetime value.
• Collaborate with the Wholesale Coordinator to coordinate orders, inventory, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Drive seasonal pre-book commitments to enhance revenue visibility and inventory planning.
