Job summary

Caliber6 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead GoHighLevel buildouts, CRM implementations, workflow automations, and business process optimization. You will bridge clients and our development team to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high-quality results.

In this role, you will manage multiple CRM projects, coordinate developers, collect requirements, and drive delivery from kickoff to launch. Strong communication and GoHighLevel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GoHighLevel experience.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of CRMs, automations, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CRM and GoHighLevel implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress and maintain timelines using Asana.
• Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
