Job summary

NTU International A/S seeks experienced transport experts to join its Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2 talent pool. You will support project preparation, prefeasibility studies, economic analyses, and investment planning across road, rail, ports and urban mobility, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and other regions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in transport or mobility, familiarity with EU/global standards and PPPs, and proven ability to work with public authorities, development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport, infrastructure, mobility or related sectors.
• Experience in prefeasibility/feasibility studies and sector analyses.
• Strong ability to conduct economic and financial analyses for transport projects.
• Familiarity with EU/global transport standards and PPPs is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
• Experience working with public authorities, transport agencies or IFIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of transport projects.
• Conduct prefeasibility and feasibility studies, technical assessments, economic/financial analyses.
• Assist in transport planning, design, rehabilitation and investment planning.
• Support policy development, regulatory reform and sector programmes.
• Prepare investment pipelines aligned with Global Gateway priorities.
• Contribute to capacity-building and knowledge sharing activities.
• Facilitate coordination among authorities, EU Delegations, IFIs and private sector partners.
