Qualifications

• Partner with the Talent Delivery Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and qualify candidates for technology roles in the UAE.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and relocation process.
• Manage international recruitment complexities and compliance.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates across global tech hubs.
