Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a TA Operations Analyst to support pre-boarding, hiring administration, and recruitment systems across global offices. You will help ensure compliant, efficient processes and a high-quality candidate experience.

You will work with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, and hiring managers across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, contributing to continuous improvements in our recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in administrative, operations, or coordination role (HR or similar).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-boarding communications and first-day information for new hires.
• Review job descriptions and requisitions for quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Support TA system administration: user access, permissions, workflow configuration, and data audits.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and audit readiness.
