Network Recruitment is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to establish and directly manage a developing supply chain operation. You will be hands-on, drive key activities, solve operational challenges and implement scalable processes across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end planning, inventory visibility, international shipping, trade compliance and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership to communicate supply status and risks.
Job & Company Description A growing international organisation is looking for a commercially minded and highly adaptable Global Supply Chain Manager to establish and directly manage its developing supply chain operation. This is not a role where you simply inherit a mature supply chain and manage an established team. You will be expected to be hands‑on , personally drive key activities, solve operational challenges and introduce practical processes that can scale as the organisation grows.
We are looking for someone who is hands‑on, commercially astute, adaptable and highly accountable . You should be comfortable working across different countries and time zones, solving problems with limited support and building structure where processes are still developing.
You need to be equally comfortable analysing an inventory problem, challenging a freight cost, coordinating an urgent international shipment and presenting supply‑chain risks to senior leadership.
This is an opportunity to do more than manage a supply chain you will help build one . During the first 90 days, you will assess the existing operation, establish inventory and shipment controls, review freight and 3PL performance, strengthen planning and reporting, and help develop a scalable global supply chain operating model for future growth.
If you enjoy turning complex, evolving supply chains into structured, visible and commercially effective operations, this opportunity could be an excellent next step.
