Job summary

Energy Drive seeks a Group Supply Chain Manager to design and lead a high-velocity supply chain, procurement, and estimation function. You will oversee end-to-end material lifecycle, from pre-award bidding to export logistics, ensuring cost-competitiveness and risk mitigation across workshops and projects.

The role requires 8–10+ years in supply chain/industrial logistics, strong ERP skills, global supplier vetting, and leadership of estimation engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in SCM, Logistics, Commerce or Engineering
• Experience in EPC or systems integration environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain logistics and Incoterms 2020

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation and budgeting processes (L0–L2) for bids
• Manage OEM partner programs and supplier SLAs
• Oversee procurement, RFQ processing and PO governance
• Maintain inventory controls and stores management
• Coordinate abnormal load logistics and international shipping
• Coach a multi-disciplinary supply chain team and ensure South Africa eligibility
