Job summary

Apogee Sustainability Limited in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Group Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and estimation for the Energy Drive Group. This senior role drives cost competitiveness and secures supply for oversized modular eHouse solutions, coordinating global OEM partnerships and international logistics.

The position reports to the VP of Group Operations and builds a high-performance team including estimation engineers, buyers, and a stores keeper.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in SCM/Logistics or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of eHouse systems and MV/LV equipment.
• Experience with Incoterms 2020 and international trade docs.
• 8–10 years in EPC or systems integration supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation engineers to translate complex technical specs into pricing models.
• Oversee tender/RFQ intake and proposal pricing.
• Manage OEM partner programs and supplier vetting.
• Oversee procurement, PO governance, and cost controls.
• Establish inventory controls and warehousing practices.
• Coordinate international shipping and customs.
