Job summary

The Foschini Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a dynamic team across 18 brands, focusing on optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations and delivering efficiencies aligned with brand requirements.

You will collaborate with the shipping team to enhance shipping performance, manage order management disciplines, and oversee last-mile delivery execution from ports to DCs and to stores, enabling a fast-paced, high-impact operation.

Qualifications

• Industry degree or diploma required.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Retail Supply Chain, with international exposure.
• Experience leading teams and strategic management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-brand supply chain across 18 brands and align with shipping and brand requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics from ports to DCs and DCs to stores.
• Drive process optimization to improve timelines, costs, and efficiency.
• Implement data-driven supplier and inventory management improvements.
• Collaborate with brands to anticipate sourcing plans and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk and contingency planning for disruptions.
