Qualifications

• Professional qualification in accounting (CA or CIMA) preferably or nearing completion.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Factory Supply Chain Finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years' people leadership and team management experience.
• SAP experience (minimum 5 years).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SOX controls and financial governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with factory leadership to analyse performance and support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across production sites.
• Provide insights through variance analysis, risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Support capital investment evaluations and CEPs with robust business cases.
• Drive governance of waste reduction programmes and cost benchmarks across sites.
• Develop performance dashboards and financial reporting for operational visibility.
