Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-regional clinical studies across Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory and Ophthalmology. You will partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver timelines, budgets, quality and regulatory objectives.

In this role, you’ll drive strategic study leadership, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP while advancing patient outcomes through innovative trials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• Experience leading immunology, dermatology, respiratory and ophthalmology global studies.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage study delivery, timelines, budgets and risks.

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional studies, driving operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across regions; foster collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and operational delivery for success.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure studies comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments.
