IQVIA is seeking an accomplished Clinical Project Manager to lead regional and global studies within Global Study Leadership. You will partner with sponsors, navigate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery from start-up through close-out while maintaining quality, timelines, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including project management within CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading clinical studies or study workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, quality, budgets and performance.
• Experience building sponsor and stakeholder relationships in a global environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
• Passion for advancing clinical research and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
• Build sponsor relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and objectives.
• Develop and execute study management plans for successful delivery.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, quality, risks and operational performance.
• Drive risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution.
• Support forecasting, change control and vendor management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and mentoring of team members.
