Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of assigned projects in compliance with GCP/ICH and SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
• Oversee clinical quality delivery and monitor compliance.
• Manage project finances including EAC and changes against baseline.
• Collaborate with CTMs to deliver large, global trials.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and support milestone achievements.
• Support professional development through feedback to team managers.
• Mentor and coach peers, participate in site visits as applicable.
