Tiger Brands is seeking a Group Strategy & Innovation Manager to lead the innovation system, govern the portfolio, and identify cross-category growth opportunities. You will drive governance, provide actionable insights, and enable collaboration across Business Units to unlock sustainable growth and long-term value.

You will champion innovation excellence through robust governance and performance insights, while supporting strategic planning and capability development across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Innovation, Strategy Development, Marketing or related fields within FMCG or complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Group Innovation System with fit-for-purpose frameworks and governance.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and translate insights into strategic opportunities and business cases.
• Own innovation portfolio reporting and provide insights to maximise performance and growth.
• Support strategic planning and capability development across the organisation.
• Promote a culture of innovation and consumer-centric growth across Business Units.
