Simera Sense, a Cape Town-based Earth observation solutions provider, seeks a strategic Business Development Manager. You will expand global aerospace and space market presence, lead high-value payload negotiations and build key partnerships across Asia, Europe and Africa.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate with Engineering, Product and Finance to tailor proposals, manage complex tenders, and drive revenue growth while developing regional go-to-market plans.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value contracts.
• Experience with multi-million-dollar deals and long sales cycles.
• Knowledge of Asian markets, government agencies and procurement frameworks.
• Experience leading RFP responses and commercial proposals.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.

• Identify and develop multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations with Finance, Legal and Export Control.
• Build regional partnerships and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to align delivery and proposals.
