Role is full-time, based in Cape Town CBD with onsite/hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Microsoft Business Solutions talent globally or in iGaming/Fintech, delivering fast, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years international recruiting (agency) experience.
• 3–5 years in Recruitment for Microsoft, Fintech or iGaming.
• Proven headhunting track record for senior and niche roles.
• Hands-on with a modern ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using AI/ChatGPT in recruiting workflows.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication.
• Able to work across time zones with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Modern Work.
• Headhunt scarce skills; market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Use AI/ChatGPT to accelerate sourcing, outreach, screening notes, summaries.
• Maintain data hygiene in ATS; produce pipeline KPIs.
• Lead client discovery, SLA setting, weekly updates, and market insights.
• Coordinate structured interviews, offers, and closing across regions.
