Scatec is seeking a Reward and Global Mobility Manager in Cape Town to lead the end-to-end delivery of Scatec’s global reward and mobility programme. You will own annual processes, ensure transparency, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to attract and retain talent.

The role requires a highly analytical reward professional with strong numerical capability and governance awareness, in a fast-moving renewable energy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification in compensation, benefits or global mobility is advantageous.
• 8+ years in reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices and benchmarking.

Responsabilidades

• Own and run key annual global reward processes (salary reviews, performance/bonus, benchmarking).
• Manage and evolve global reward programme to stay competitive and aligned with strategy.
• Develop reward training materials and run capability-building sessions.
• Conduct compensation data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Benchmark packages against external market and propose adjustments.
• Support design and management of variable pay and incentive programmes.
• Perform job evaluations to determine levels, titles and salary ranges.
