Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, strong CAD/FEA proficiency, and excellent communication for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and material properties.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate mechanical systems and subsystems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
• Conduct detailed mechanical analysis including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis using industry-standard simulation software.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical reports.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues encountered during development, testing, and production phases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies within the engineering team.
