• Strong ATS skills and experience with recruitment tooling.

• Global mindset with comfort across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake to offer, collaborating with leadership.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa, and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture, and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
