Blacksmith Agency seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build an elite, fast-moving team. You are a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from intake to offer.

You will partner with leadership to source top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy, while staying accountable and delivering impact every day. This role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech/digital/creative settings, excellent communication, and comfort across time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Able to manage candidates across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith standard experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
