Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 8 years in a global leadership capacity.
• Experience managing global operations and supply chains in a remote-first environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large global budgets and P&L.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities
