Placements24 is seeking a Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to lead a remote, global supply chain function. You will optimize procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation while guiding a distributed team of professionals across multiple regions.

The role requires 8+ years in global supply chain leadership, strong vendor management, and expertise with WMS/TMS/ERP systems. Remote work is central to the position, with a focus on cost efficiency and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain and logistics with global operations.
• Experience in leading remote supply chain teams.
• Proven ability to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
• Expertise in inventory, forecasting, and network design.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with SCM software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategies to cut costs.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
• Lead a distributed, remote team of supply chain professionals.
