• Proven success in developing and executing global PR strategies for tech companies or high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, global public relations strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of PR professionals and agency partners.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, analysts, and influencers globally.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and crisis management plans.
• Proactively identify media opportunities and pitch compelling stories to relevant publications.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all media channels.
• Serve as a key spokesperson and media liaison for the organization when necessary.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure integrated communications.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR activities and report on their effectiveness.
