With 10+ years in luxury PR, you will lead a remote team, manage high-profile media relationships, and oversee crisis communications, press materials, and budget. A master’s degree and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in media and public relations, with a significant portion within the luxury goods, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, managing teams and global PR initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in securing high-impact media coverage in prestigious international publications.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for a luxury audience.
• Experience managing international media relations and understanding diverse cultural communication nuances.
• Proficiency in crisis communication management and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of digital PR, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global media and public relations strategy for the brand.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with top-tier international media, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
• Oversee the development and distribution of all press materials, including press releases, media advisories, and executive talking points.
• Manage crisis communications and act as a key spokesperson when necessary.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing remote PR team.
• Develop and manage the global PR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and executive teams to ensure integrated brand messaging.
• Monitor global media trends and competitive landscape, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Organize and manage press events, product launches, and media tours (virtual and in-person as required).
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, demonstrating ROI and impact on brand perception.
