Job summary

Interpath Advisory seeks a Global Payroll Administrator in Cape Town to support accurate, timely payroll operations across our international workforce. You will work with the Payroll Specialist and People Team to maintain records, run reports, and resolve queries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Payroll Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in payroll administration, with exposure to international payroll operations.
• Good working knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll processes, with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll administrative support to the Payroll Specialist and Global Operations Team.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and supporting documentation.
• Collect and maintain accurate employee payroll records and confidential information.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries and provide excellent internal customer service.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor changes in payroll legislation and best practices, and inform the team where appropriate.
• Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes, controls, efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
