Integrity360 is seeking a senior payroll professional in Johannesburg to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple regions. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payments, while coordinating with external bureaus and internal HR/Finance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance or related field and 4+ years in payroll management, with strong knowledge of payroll software and tax regulations. Join a dynamic, service‑morientated team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years in payroll management or similar accounting role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, taxation and compliance.
• Experience in payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
• Proficiency in payroll software and implementing/managing payroll systems.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing for the Group across multiple regions.
• Acting as the point of contact for external payroll bureaus for multiple regions.
• Preparing payroll reports, including tax filings and pension/auto-enrollment related entries.
• Process and pay employee expenses across payrolls in the Group.
• Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating payroll data.
• Collaborating with HR and finance to integrate payroll and employee data.
• Handling new hires, terminations, promotions and status changes in the payroll system.
