About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing international e-commerce company, is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Global Operations Strategy Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The core focus of this role is to research, develop, and implement innovative operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience across our client's global operations. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies, and translating strategic vision into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global operational trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes. Develop and propose strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, logistics, and fulfillment processes worldwide. Collaborate with regional operations teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to define and implement strategic projects. Create detailed business cases, project plans, and performance metrics for proposed operational improvements. Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, track progress against KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Identify and evaluate potential technology solutions and operational innovations to drive efficiency and scalability. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Develop frameworks and playbooks for standardized operational procedures globally.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or management consulting, with a focus on global supply chains or e-commerce operations. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful operational strategies on a global scale. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment. Excellent understanding of global logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain optimization techniques. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
