Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience with global shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and WMS.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams in a virtual environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across operations.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive knowledge of global shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and working effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
