Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst on a contract basis in South Africa to support enterprise application management, contractor delivery, and workforce operations within local and global client environments.

The role involves operational support, stakeholder engagement, reporting, workflow coordination, contractor support, and delivery administration in a fast-paced, remote/global delivery setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Application Support, Managed Services or enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience working with remote/global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Application Management & Operational Support: support enterprise application management environments and delivery activities.
• Workflow Management & SLA Support: manage documentation, reporting, and workflow activities; support SLA adherence.
• Stakeholder & Client Coordination: facilitate communication between delivery teams, contractors and clients; build relationships across remote teams.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Support: assist with sourcing and coordination using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and enterprise tools.
