JUNIOR SOC ANALYST

A leading workforce solutions and enterprise delivery organisation is seeking a motivated Junior SOC Analyst to support global application management, contractor delivery, and strategic workforce operations within enterprise client environments.

This role is ideal for a driven and adaptable junior cybersecurity or operations professional looking to grow within enterprise support, managed services, and global delivery environments.

The successful candidate will support operational workflows, stakeholder coordination, contractor support, and enterprise delivery activities across fast-paced local and global environments.

THE ROLE

This role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.

You will support operational delivery, enterprise application management environments, workforce coordination, and service delivery activities while contributing to operational excellence and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The role combines operational support, workflow coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, contractor support, and enterprise delivery assistance within a managed services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational & Delivery Support

• Supporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery activities
• Assisting with contractor delivery coordination and workforce support processes
• Collaborating with local and global delivery stakeholders across operational workstreams
• Supporting operational readiness and service delivery alignment initiatives

Workflow Management & SLA Support

• Managing operational workflows, reporting activities, and delivery documentation
• Supporting SLA adherence and operational excellence initiatives
• Assisting with onboarding coordination, contractor administration, and client support activities
• Maintaining operational records and reporting accuracy

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Supporting communication between delivery teams, contractors, and clients
• Building effective working relationships across remote and global teams
• Assisting with operational coordination and stakeholder engagement activities
• Supporting client-facing operational and delivery processes
• Supporting the development and maintenance of delivery and talent pipelines
• Assisting with sourcing and coordination activities using:

• Supporting contractor retention and workforce delivery continuity initiatives

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience within:
