Responsibilities

• Provide front line contact with customer and liaise with overseas stations and suppliers to arrange shipments.
• Monitor and follow up on shipments until delivery and ensure accurate transport orders for final delivery.
• Prepare and distribute import documents complying with regulations and internal procedures.
• Ensure tariffs on all shipments are correctly applied and monitor KPI targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and respond to queries.
• Support Airfreight Import Manager to meet department targets and participate in joint sales visits when needed.
