Job summary

Omnia Group, via Omnia Nutriology, seeks a General Manager: Human Resources, Agriculture, to lead the global people strategy from Sandton. The role partners with executives to drive talent management, leadership development, engagement, culture transformation and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and governance for sustainable performance.

You will oversee labour relations, change initiatives and organisational effectiveness, building capable teams across the Agriculture business unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field.
• Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 8).
• Master's degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline.
• Registration with SABPP or equivalent professional body.
• 12-15 years progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 8 years in senior HR leadership positions.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary HR teams.
• Experience developing and implementing People Strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to align people strategy with business growth and objectives.
• Talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Organisational design, transformation and change management.
• Labour relations strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
• Governance, compliance and governance controls in HR practice.

Education
