Job summary

Omnia Nutriology leads the global people strategy, aligning workforce capabilities with business goals and growth across agriculture. You will partner with executives to drive talent management, leadership development, engagement and culture transformation.

The role requires strong governance, change leadership and workforce planning, with a focus on sustainable impact and operational excellence in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Industrial Psychology or related field required.
• Postgraduate qualification at NQF Level 8 is essential.
• MBA or related master's preferred but not mandatory.
• Registration with SABPP or equivalent professional body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global people strategy aligned to business goals and growth.
• Drive talent management, leadership development and culture change.
• Oversee labour relations, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage workforce planning, governance, compliance and risk.
• Lead HR budget, transformation programs and HR team development.
