Exceed Human Resource Consultants invites an accomplished strategic marketing leader to steer the company’s international marketing and new business development for fruit exports. You will shape direction, identify growth avenues and lead cross‑border initiatives.

Key focus areas include expanding into the Middle East, Russia and Asia, developing market access, growing market share and margins, and aligning sales with regional partners to deliver sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in international fruit exports.
• Strong knowledge of the fresh produce/fruit industry.
• Proven experience trading and marketing fruit in international markets.
• Strong track record in new business development and sales management.
• Strong international market development and commercial skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of margins and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic marketing and new business development direction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
• Develop market access and grow business in the Middle East, Russia and Asia.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue and volumes.
• Establish regional sales targets focused on grower returns, margins, volumes and customer service.
• Work closely with commodity teams to align sales and marketing activities.
• Strengthen brand presence and grow market share across trading regions.
• Protect profit margins through effective negotiation, claims management and account sales.
• Identify potential partnerships and joint ventures to support business growth.
• Ensure sound financial principles and risk management across sales activities.
