Veriforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager - French to lead global client relationships from the Operations team in South Africa. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and strategic reviews, helping clients realize value from Veriforce products and services.

The role requires building trusted relationships, understanding client goals, and driving renewal and expansion opportunities across continents. Expect up to 25% travel and a passport for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or related field.
• Experience with global organizations across continents and time zones.
• Strong understanding of customer success best practices, including account planning and retention.
• Fluent professional communication in French, German, and English.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer relationships and serve as the consistent point of contact throughout the journey.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, change management, and strategic touchpoints with customers.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, product usage, and renewal risks; coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Professional Services as needed.
• Contribute to customer advocacy opportunities such as references and case studies where appropriate.
