Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Proven experience in negotiating with transportation providers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing on-site duties with remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage all modes of transportation for international and domestic shipments.
