Talented Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to oversee end-to-end administrative and operational coordination of customer orders, supplier communication, and production tracking in the fashion industry.

The role covers order coordination with buyers and factories, documentation management, and production monitoring to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.

• End-to-end administrative and operational coordination of orders, supplier communication and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Order & Production Coordination: Communicate buyer projection maps to suppliers to ensure production readiness for upcoming orders.
• Coordinate with factories to initiate development and track lab dips, fit samples and submissions.
• Obtain and manage official order documentation from buyers once pricing has been confirmed.
• Download, print, and verify purchase orders for delivery dates, pricing and colour specs.
• Issue weekly on-order confirmations to suppliers and provide packing instructions within timelines.
• System & Documentation Management: Load approved costings into the sync system and raise factory indents.
• Track development submissions (fit samples, lab dips, strike-offs) in Sync and handover to Design/QA.
• Submit development samples and approvals to buyers and follow up for feedback.
• Communicate approvals and technical feedback to factories and coordinate re-submissions as needed.
• Production Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor production progress for deliveries due this week and next.
• Maintain weekly target tracking reports with the Merchandiser and support MST across orders.
• Ensure swing tag and print ticket requirements are communicated to factories.
• Manage frequent order amendments and inform stakeholders of updates.
