Job summary

Innovazi Consulting is seeking a coordinated and detail-oriented logistics support professional to assist with product development, fabric procurement, and tender processes. The role involves tracking timelines, coordinating sampling and approvals, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure deliveries stay on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a Matric certificate, relevant textile or merchandising experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and excellent organisational abilities

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clothing, textile, sourcing, or merchandising environment is advantageous.
• Understanding of garment manufacturing, fabric sourcing, and product development processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support product development, customer orders, and tender processes.
• Coordinate fabric and trim procurement, sampling, approvals, and laboratory testing.
• Maintain critical path timelines and update internal systems.
• Assist with fabric sourcing and supplier coordination.
• Track shipments, documentation, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, mills, and customers.
