Job summary

Scytale in Johannesburg is expanding its sales team and seeks Global Account Executives who own deals from first demo to signature. You’ll engage InfoSec leaders and CTOs across Europe and the US, closing high-value enterprise opportunities in a fast-growing AI-driven compliance SaaS platform.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and product, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and consistently exceed quarterly targets while shaping Scytale’s presence in key markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of on-quota SaaS B2B sales experience in global markets.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets within high-growth environments.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in cloud security or compliance products is a plus.
• Strong process orientation and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Close high-value opportunities in US and European markets for Scytale's compliance SaaS.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategy with market feedback.
• Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Aim to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
• Provide market and customer insights to influence product strategy.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.
