Keen is hiring Customer & Partner Support Agents to support global clients across customer and partner-facing operations. This full-time, office-based role is located in Salt River and requires confidence on the phone, ability to handle high volumes, and urgency.

You will engage with business partners, service professionals, and customers, making outbound calls, resolving enquiries, and connecting professionals with opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in customer service or high-volume environments.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and sales-focused conversations.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with customers, business partners, and service professionals.
• Support partners with enquiries, complaints, account-related issues, and operational requests.
• Make outbound calls to service professionals and partners to support fulfilment activities.
• Identify and source suitable service professionals for customer jobs.
• Match service professionals with relevant customer opportunities based on job requirements.
• Support sales and fulfilment activities while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Manage multiple interactions and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Use internal systems to record interactions, update information, and track outcomes.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues with the appropriate context.
• Follow structured processes while using good judgment and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and internal teams to meet client and operational targets.
