Job summary

EY Ripples Global Corporate Responsibility Senior Associate in Johannesburg is a full-time role reporting to the Associate Director, Supporting the Next Gen Lead. The role focuses on boosting productivity and enabling deeper collaboration across Sustainability, Skilling & Future Workforce, and Tech Alliance social impact teams.

You will manage content updates, coordinate alliances, and support program alignment and reporting while fostering a global, inclusive culture across EY's networks.

Responsibilities

• Content Hub updates: refresh program materials and toolkits.
• SCORE: submit materials for approval and update per feedback.
• Sustainability Skills Labs: schedule, recruit facilitators, launch events.
• Skills Passports: refresh content and roll-out workshops.
• Alignment, Measurement & Reporting: manage reviews and run reports.
• Global Connect Day: research data tools and assist slide updates.
• Support for thought leadership and brand marketing tasks, incl. video editing.
• Alliance opportunities: research projects and prepare meeting materials.
