Job summary

EY is seeking a regional programme management lead within the Global Corporate Responsibility Ripples team to drive delivery across Africa. The role coordinates engagement with internal and external stakeholders, tracks performance, and enables successful execution of strategic volunteer and social impact programmes across multiple African member firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years' experience in programme management or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating regional initiatives across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Africa Ripples strategy and portfolio across Africa member firms.
• Monitor country commitments, targets, volunteer participation and impact metrics.
• Drive programme implementation with country leads to ensure delivery against priorities.
• Manage regional reporting, dashboards, governance processes and data integrity.
• Support rollout of regional/global Ripples initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate collaborations with non-profits, ecosystem partners and clients.
