This senior role requires a master’s degree and 10+ years in corporate communications, including leadership. You will manage a remote team and drive strategic initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing complex communication strategies, including crisis management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing global communications and working with diverse, remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all media relations, crisis communications, and public affairs initiatives.
• Lead internal communications efforts to ensure employee alignment and engagement.
• Manage the corporate brand voice and messaging across all channels.
