The role demands a Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in PR with at least 3 years in management, plus proven success in remote leadership and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in public relations and communications, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and managing distributed communication strategies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, and writing skills.
• Extensive experience in crisis communications and reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations and communication strategies for a global, remote-first organization.
