• Lead the delivery of day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing across spend, procurement, and transactional finance activities to support business needs.
• Maintain financial governance by applying established policies, controls, and compliance requirements across contract administration, PO oversight, and invoice‑to‑pay processes.
• Ensure integrity of financial and operational data by overseeing master data accuracy, reconciliation activities, and automated expense processing within defined standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, and other Shared Services to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, supporting the implementation of standardised practices that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job development, building foundational skills and supporting career growth.
