Qualifications

• Essential qualifications in finance, business or economics.
• Qualified Accountant designation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA or equivalent).
• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting Management with FP&A transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and present spend reports for core group functions.
• Create insightful reporting and presentations with commentary.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders on targets and initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for global spend.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support including scenarios and business cases.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance in spend reporting.
• Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Support Executive Leadership Team with financial insights and decisions.
• Develop evolving reporting reflecting market trends and environment.
• Implement standardized FP&A tools and practices for efficiency.
• Lead projects to enhance performance; automate and standardize processes.
• Promote high performance through coaching and succession planning.
