Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts for non-payment and delays.
• Maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
• Prepare aging reports for management.
• Assist month-end close and AR reporting.
• Ensure AR processes are followed consistently.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve billing issues.
